Mint example, some slight rubbing to note, ladder not dented, smooth and shiny paint, round and undamaged tires, relatively hard, intact floor.
Complete box with insert and booklets, the latter are mint, the bottom of the box is partially discolored, the top of the box is near mint.
 
Exemplaire comme neuf, quelques légers frottements sont toutefois à noter, échelle non piquée, peinture lisse et brillante, pneus ronds et sans dégâts, relativement durs, plancher intact.
Boite complète avec cale et feuillets, ces derniers sont comme neufs, le bas de boite est partiellement décoloré, le haute de boite est proche du neuf.
